EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you ("Licensee") and Anseko ("Licensor"). By downloading the software package and/or by installing and/or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
a) Upon download of the evaluation version License Agreement grants you the following rights:
i) Evaluation Copy
An Evaluation Copy is provided "AS IS", with no warranties, express or implied, or maintenance service.
b) Upon issuance of a valid License Key to you, this License Agreement grants you the following rights depending on the type of License:
i) Single User License
This License Agreement ("License") permits Licensee to use one copy of the software package ("Software Package") for its own purposes only. The Software Package includes software and documentation. This non-exclusive License, without the right to sublicense, is to install and use the Software on any single computer that is running a validly licensed operating system. Neither concurrent use on two or more computers nor use in a local area network or other network is authorized without the advance written consent of Licensor. Subject to the foregoing, Licensee may not use the Software in a manner that allows other users than Licensee to use the Software. Licensee may install a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive use on either a home or portable computer, but may only use one copy at a time.

2. Term
This License is effective upon Licensee's first use of the Software and shall continue until terminated. Anseko may terminate this Agreement upon breach by Licensee of any terms hereof.

3. Other Restrictions
Licensee may not rent, lease or otherwise commercialize the Software in any manner. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software in any way.
The Software may not be used to process malicious or harmful programs (such as, but not limited to, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, spyware etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH THE LICENSEE. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE SOFTWARE AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
